Besides becoming a legal requirement for websites it is also important ethically to ensure website access and usability for all wesite users

Priority one achieved. The google java search function used in this site did not validate for accessibility due to a missing form label. I fixed this problem by applying a technique recommended by webcredible

priority 2:

Priority two achieved, the google search function also needed a placement text added using the value="" element within the form input details.
